Tanzanian Christmas

Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all... On Christmas morning I got up with a slight head sore from the 3 bottles of wine which I shared with Bruce on Christmas eve. Christmas lunch was a success with another 3 more bottles shared between Bruce and myself. So my head sore aka "hangover" is still here. After Christmas lunch a group of Indonesians entertained us with their folk songs, a guy was playing the guitar and a another was playing a fanta bottle.

Here's a couple pictures of my safari tent in Tanzania, not very much but it's relaxing and comfy.... I love camping so this suits me right down to a tee....

My Accommodation while I'm here

After a hard day at work my boots are hung up

Bruce and I having a few drinks

Red wine from South Africa.... culprits for hangovers

The entertainers from Indonesia which graced the pub with wonderful music

The wet mess...

23 rd of December... two days before christmas and I'm in Tanzania working... some people will be getting ready for christmas, some will be slowly winding down from their busy schedule to start on their annual holiday. Christmas paints a picture of happiness and joy... well there are some people who will be spending christmas sad, depressed, lonely or worried if there is enough food for tomorrow for the family let alone what presents to get their kids. So my friends and family, please consider the ones who is less fortunate then you during this christmas and think about them in your heart. Cos if everyone thinks like these, love will spread around the world, cos if everyone is giving a little of their heart away to everyone everyone will be loved. Merry Christmas everyone and love your neighbour like you would love yourself.
