ONE LONG WEEKEND IN 2006

This was a trip which my sister, bro-in-law, bro-in-law's bro and I took off down south for a weekend away for a abit of camping, a bit of fishing, some 4wding and some fun. The trip was planned to be a fishing trip...the idea was to find a spot, which must include some 4wding (to satisfy my needs) to get to the fishing location and do some fishing. After a group meeting and some map reading.... we decided to head to the Fishing Place (it was a good idea at that time since it was a fishing trip). We packed up the tent (stayed at conto's) and headed out to find the shortess track which we mapped out and located previously. After many drive-bys at the said entry location (the map said it was there) we decided to take the long route to the fishing place. So after one and half hours of 4wding (which I throughly enjoyed) we finally arrived to the fishing place. By the way, there was no fish at the fishing place. I think the fishes went on a long weekend as well. Oh...we also did some sight seeing too... Here are some pics from the trip for your enjoyment. Until then....see you around...
